MACLACEL®

Microcellular polyurethane elastomer with high elastic, abrasion and rebound capacity.

Chemical base: MDI Isocyanate + Polyether + Foaming agent + Anti-abrasion additive.

It is not a polyurethane foam, but an elastomer with high mechanical performance of elasticity and resistance.

MACLACEL is specially formulated for applications requiring:

  • High rebound elasticity
  • Load capacity, far superior to any other foamed material.
  • Soft pressure
  • Silent conveying
  • Shock absorption


Main applications:

  • Ejector plate (die-cutting)
  • Pipes
  • Crane stops
  • Rollers (office automation)
  • Flat glass transport
