VULKOLLAN®
It is the best polyurethane elastomer there is.
Chemical Base: Desmodur 15 (NDI) with COVESTRO (Bayer) ® + Polyester materials
It is used in the most demanding applications, due to its very high load capacity and elasticity. Depending on the required application, it can be formulated in different hardnesses, the most standard being 93 Shore A. Specially formulated for all types of driving wheels and load parts. It is also formulated up to 98 Shore A for more extreme applications and lower hardness formulations when damping properties, overcoming obstacles, improving grip and resistance to wear are required.
The properties of Vulkollan clearly place it above other materials:
- High dynamic load capacity
- Heat resistance
- Good elastic behavior at low temperatures
- Resistance to abrasion by impact and rubbing
- Excellent elastic recovery and compression set
- Low hysteresis and excellent heat dissipation
- High resistance to cutting and tearing
- Resistant to oils, fats, gasoline, UV rays and ozone
- Does not make marks on the ground
- Working temperatures: -40ºC to + 80ºC, in short intervals up to + 130ºC

- For floors with abrasive and sharp elements
- Elastoformed sheets
