VULKOPRESS®
Like VULKOLLAN, the VULKOPRESS formulation is also made from Bayer® products. Macla performs a complex crosslinking process with additive water to convert the material into a controlled foam.
Chemical Base: NDI Isocyanate + Polyester + Gas-generating Crosslinker
This material, when pressed in hydraulic compression presses, produces highly elastic and flexible parts, with the highest characteristics, allowing to obtain very thin walls and complex shapes, but with the highest resistance.
The most appreciated production with VULKOPRESS are suction cups for vacuum equipment requiring the lowest possible abrasive wear.
